No Added Sugar – Gluten Free
If you’re in the mood for a sweet and simple treat sweetened only by nature’s goodness, try these tasty Apple Pie No Bake Cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cashews
- 1 Cup Almonds
- 1 Cup Dried Apple
- 1 Cup Dried Dates
- 1 Cup Prunes
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients into food processor with chopping blade and process on high speed until a big ball of dough forms. You may have to use a spoon now and then to help mixing the ingredients (with the food processor off).
Once all is blended (until the nut pieces are 1/4” or smaller), form dough into balls about the size of a quarter, place in a sealable container and refrigerate. Delicious!
For babies just be sure the nut pieces are ground a little finer and form dough into quarter to half inch balls. Our baby loves these.
